What happens after you contact us
Initial reply: We’ll respond within 48 hours to confirm receipt and propose next steps.
Consultation: We’ll schedule a complimentary 30–45 minute consultation (phone or video) to learn about your wedding vision, timeline, and priorities, and to review package options.
Proposal: After the consultation we’ll send a personalized proposal detailing the selected Legacy Collection, pricing, timeline, and contract terms.
Booking: To secure your date, we’ll request a signed agreement and a deposit. Once booked, you’ll receive a planning guide and checklist.
Pre-wedding planning: We’ll coordinate a timeline, shot list, and any engagement or family sessions as needed.
Delivery: After your wedding, your images will be professionally edited and delivered according to the agreed timeline. We’ll guide you through ordering heirloom products (albums, prints) if included.
Storage option for submissions Please submit files and reference materials using our secure cloud upload. After booking, you’ll receive a private upload link for photos, inspiration boards, and any documents. All submissions are stored securely for 18 months and available for download during that period. If you prefer physical media, contact us to arrange insured courier delivery.
