Your wedding deserves permanence.

We will deliver all edited images to you within 14 calendar days of your event or session date. This timeframe applies to standard wedding and portrait packages unless an extended delivery window has been agreed in writing.

What this includes

• Fully edited high-resolution JPEGs, colour-corrected and retouched.

• Basic crop and exposure adjustments, blemish removal, and skin smoothing as appropriate.

• A curated gallery for review and download.

Exceptions & possible delays

• Major retouching requests (extensive composites, body reshaping, advanced background replacement) may extend delivery time; we will provide a revised estimate before commencing.

• Peak season (May–September) or back-to-back weekend bookings may occasionally cause a brief delay; you will be informed promptly if this affects your delivery date.

• Force majeure events (severe weather, equipment failure, illness) may also affect turnaround; we will communicate any delays and a new delivery timeline.

Rush delivery

• For an expedited turnaround (within 48–72 hours), please request our rush service at booking. Rush fees apply and are payable in advance.
